MEMORABLE PIZZAS SINCE 1983 - USING MY KIT&MIX AND YOUR OVEN

 Make the dough by hand or use a mixer. Instructions in English and Spanish included THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ONLY INCLUDED IN THE KIT & MIX.  YOU NEED THE ITEMS IN THE KIT TO MAKE IT WORK AS INTENDED.

The KIT includes, 1+2 packs of yeast mix - use one pack per 1 kg pizza flour (included) in the STARTER KIT & MIX, 2x10 inch  screens, 

a misting bottle and a set of gloves if you make the dough by hand.

The flour suitable is named in the instructions. It is available 

in most Mexican grocery stores. Use One kilo of that flour with 

One yeast pack. Follow the instructions!! 

One kg flour makes 10-11 dough buns / 10 inch thin crusts.

How to use screens. No spray, no oil and no detergent. Clean stuck dough with warm water. This can happen when sauce come over the edge during prep and then cooked in the oven.

Normally, there would only be one pack of yeast mix together with 

a 1 kg flour bag in the box. But as the necessary flour is available 

in most Mexican grocery stores - I have packed 2 XTRA packs of the yeast mix in the box. That saves you from reordering immediately.
