- With my Kit and Mix you can always be prepared for sudden guests or making pizza or bread on the fly. The Kit & Mix contains flour and a yeast mix for making eight 10 inch, thin crusts - Napoli Style. Also in the box two baking screens and other necessary tools as well as clear instructions in both English and Spanish
I am a multitalented artist with 38 years as a painter and 12 years running three pizzerias in Sweden and the USA. I am also the creator of making pizzas using screens as well as the inventor of the Kit & Mix. The ONLY THING I ASK FROM YOU IS THAT YOU HAVE AN OVEN WHICH CAN REACH AT LEAST 500 F
