If you live In SMA - you can invite me to SHOW you and your friends how to make pizzas like a pro, using your own oven or if ou prefer ask me to talk about my life and my art
- With my Kit and Mix you can always be prepared for sudden guests or making pizza or bread on the fly. The Kit & Mix contains flour and a yeast mix for making about 11 - 10 inch, thin crusts - Napoli Style. Also in the box two baking screens and other necessary tools as well as clear instructions in both English and Spanish
I am a multitalented artist with 38 years as a painter and 12 years running three pizzerias in Sweden and the USA. I am the creator of making pizzas using screens (in 1983) as well as the inventor of this Kit & Mix (in 2006). The ONLY THING I ASK FROM YOU IS THAT YOU HAVE AN OVEN WHICH CAN REACH AT LEAST 500 F (260 C) but preferably a bit more.
