I can provide you with a UPS Return Service label or for an additional charge, we can set up a UPS pick up for you. You are responsible for shipping costs. We will send you a return label via email or regular mail.

Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return back me.  You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or I shipped you an item that you did not order, I will pay the return-shipping costs.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after I have received your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. For the most, STUDIO SKANDINAVA does not credit you the shipping and handling costs. I cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. I will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or postal mail.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call 1-608-547-8920
so I can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
