This mix makes 6 x 14" thin or 12 x 11" pizza crusts or garlic breadsticks etc. The 2.26 lb / 1 kilo bag has nearly all necessary ingredients. The not incuded ingredients you already have at home. That is veg. oil and water.   Want to make a Calzone using the dough?!  NO PROBLEMS! Check out the video "The Painted Calzone" on YouTube.  A 5 oz dough bun makes a Calzone.  A 10 oz - makes a great 14" pizza crust.

You can also make bread buns to freeze or make fresh garlic bread to the evening party. Use the baked bread as dipping bread with oil of your taste or just have it around.

The package comes with full instructions. 
BUT I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU START WITH A PIZZA KIT!  WHY?  It comes
with 2 Large SCREENS.  Pizza stones ARE USELESS. More and more professional pizzamakers are discovering that screens are FAR BETTER than baking straight on the stone. It might look cool, but you are going to eat it also. Most guests are leaving the crust on the plate. When you have a great dough recipe and use a screen - nothing is left on the plate.
